What tools does BlueLight Internet provide to help me deal with spam?

BlueLight Internet is committed to helping you reduce the amount of spam you receive, and gives you several ways to report unwanted, unsolicited, or offensive emails.

  1. Report Junk: This is the easiest way for you to let us know about spam. When you receive a message you believe is spam, simply click on the Report Junk button. This will let us know about the message, and help us prevent similar emails from reaching you. Click here to learn more about using this option.
  2. Forward Spam: If you open an email that you discover to be spam, you can forward it with full headers to our spam desk at spamdesk@support.BlueLight Internet.com. Click here to learn how to enable full headers.
  3. Block List: If you continue to receive unwanted messages, you can add the sender to your Block List, preventing any further emails from them from reaching your Inbox. Click here to learn more about using your Block List.

Please note that if you select 0 days, the Junk Mail will be automatically deleted as soon as it's received. Once a message is deleted from your Junk Mail folder, you can view it in your Trash folder. Once your Trash folder is emptied, the message is permanently deleted.
