The error "You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts" is displayed when the email address or Password are invalid.

There are several reasons why you may be getting this error like

  • Verify the Email address and Password
    Ensure that you are entering the Email address and Password correctly.

  • Password is case sensitive
    Be sure to enter your password in lower case. If your password is not working, please ensure that your Caps Lock key is not active.

  • Contact Technical Support
    If you continue to receive this error, please contact Technical support and verify the Email address and Password being used to import the address book entries.

Example: If you are trying to import your address book from Yahoo! and continue to receive this error, then contact Yahoo Technical support. However, if you are experiencing a problem importing another Email on the Web account, click here.
