How do I run File Cleanup?

A cleanup scan searches your PC's permanent disk for temporary and unused files to improve performance and increase available disk space. Norton 360 automatically removes the temporary and the unused files from your PC.Various activities, such as extensive Web browsing or a series of software installations produce temporary files. You can run a manual cleanup scan to remove the temporary files immediately.

To run File Cleanup:
  1. In the Norton 360 main window, click Tuneup, and then click Run File Cleanup.
  2. When the activity is complete, in the Tuneup window, click Close.
