Email - I want to change my email address or Member ID to a different name.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change your email address or Member ID to a different name once you set it up.

You will instead have to set up a new account with the email address / Member ID you would like to use.

Currently BlueLight Internet Service is not available for sign-up. However, you can sign-up for our sister services NetZero HiSpeed or Platinum account.
