Sometimes your mail server will timeout before it can connect to BlueLight Internet to download your messages. To change this setting:
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools and select Accounts
Choose your BlueLight Internet account, click on Properties, and select the Advanced tab.
Change the Server Timeouts setting by sliding the bar to the right. You can choose up to 5 minutes.
Click OK then Close to finish.
Try and receive mail again.
