My Junk Mail gets redelivered when I check my email using other email programs.

If you check your BlueLight Internet messages with an email program other than Email on the Web (such as Outlook Express, Yahoo !, etc), by default, all of your messages including Junk Mail will get downloaded.

To change the setting to avoid downloading Junk Mail to your email program:

  1. Log in to Email on the Web.
  2. Click on Email Features.
  3. Click on Junk Mail Settings under Filtering.
  4. Click on the button next to POP email messages only from my Inbox.
  5. Click Save to finish.
