What is Value Pack?

Value Pack is an exciting offer that includes Entertainment Pack, Learning Edge and PC Tune-Up products together.

How much does Value Pack cost?

Value Pack costs $15.95 per month, and provides you with all of the products contained in Entertainment Pack, Learning Edge, and BlueLight Internet PC Tune-Up.

If you were to subscribe to each of these services separately, it would cost $20.85 per month. If you were to subscribe to all of the individual services in each, it would cost you over $60 per month!

What are the system requirements?

In order to enjoy Value Pack content, your computer should meet these requirements:

Your system must meet these minimum requirements to enjoy the Value Pack. Note that the requirements vary per product.

PC Tune-Up

  • Windows® XP, Vista, 7 or higher
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer® 6 or higher
  • 64MB RAM
  • 40MB free hard disk space

PC Tune-Up currently does not work on PCs running any other version of Windows or on Mac computers. Also, to get the most enjoyment out of Value Pack, Juno recommends that you use a high-speed Internet connection.

Learning Edge / Entertainment Pack - Windows Users

  • Windows®XP, Vista, 7 or higher
  • 400MHz or faster processor
  • 256MB RAM
  • 16-bit sound card and speakers
  • VGA monitor and video card
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
  • Active-X Plugin
  • Shockwave/Flash®

Learning Edge / Entertainment Pack - Mac Users

  • OS X
  • 1 GHz processor or faster
  • 256 MB RAM
  • 16-bit sound card and speakers
  • VGA monitor and video card
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, or Safari 1.0 or higher
  • Shockwave/Flash®

Can I have Value Pack and Family Pack?

No. Existing Family Pack members who wish to get Value Pack will no longer have access to Family Pack content.

BlueLight Internet is no longer accepting new subscribers for Family Pack and Value Pack.

Do I have to be a BlueLight Internet member to get Value Pack?

No, you do not need to be a BlueLight Internet member to get Value Pack. The only requirement is that you have Internet access. However, in order to use Value Pack, you must create a BlueLight Internet Member ID and password.

How do I access Value Pack?

You can access Value Pack over any Internet connection.
