The game doesn't start or doesn't run well.Often, trouble with game play is simply a matter of a small flaw during the installation, and can be repaired by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. You will need to go back and download the game again for installation (you will not be billed again). Before downloading the game again, be sure to clear your browser's cache in order to be sure that there are no corrupt files (for information on how to clear your browser's cache, click here). Be sure not to interrupt the download of the game (such as pausing and restarting the download at a later time), and make sure you don't have other programs running while the game is downloading.
My screen is black and the game doesn't appear. A black screen is almost always because you do not have the latest version of Direct X installed on your computer. Direct X is a special graphics program by Microsoft, and is required to play games. To download the latest version of Direct X, click here, and follow the onscreen instructions.
The game runs very slow. Slow game play is usually due to your computer either not meeting the game's system requirements, or meeting the minimum system requirements. Please check your computer to confirm it meets the game's requirements, reboot, and try playing the game again. If your system meets or exceeds the game's requirements, your computer may be infected by a virus, spyware, or other malware. Please run a virus scan to check and clean your computer.
The game's graphics or sounds are not functioning properly. If you are experiencing problems with either graphics or sound, it may be that your multimedia drivers are not current. To download and install the latest version of your system's drivers, visit the sound and video card manufacturer's website. If your drivers are current, or you still experience these problems after updating the drivers, please submit a personal assistance ticket to get more technical support.
