How do I uninstall/reinstall BlueLight Internet?

Step 1: Get a copy of BlueLight Internet

Before uninstalling BlueLight Internet be sure you have a copy of the software to reinstall from download. Click here for information on getting a copy of BlueLight Internet software.

Step 2: Uninstall BlueLight Internet

Note: You may want to write down your BlueLight Internet Member ID and password - you will need it to log on to BlueLight Internet again.

1. Exit BlueLight Internet.
2. Click on the Windows Start button and select Control Panel (Windows 98, ME, 2000 users click Start, point to Settings, then select Control Panel).
3. Click on Add/Remove program (Windows Vista/7 users click Uninstall a program).
4. Select BlueLight Internet from the list, then click Remove or Uninstall.

Step 3: Reinstall BlueLight Internet

1. Double-click on the BlueLight Internet icon on your desktop.
2. Select I already have an account and enter your Member ID and Password. Click Continue.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install BlueLight Internet.
