Microsoft Outlook 97 - "You could not be logged on to mail server"

  1. Open Outlook.
  1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
  2. Select the Services tab.
  1. Click once on Internet Mail to highlight it.
  2. Click on the Properties button.
  1. In the Internet Mail server text box, type pop.mybluelight.com
  2. In the Account name text box, type your memberid.
  3. Delete the contents of the Password field and retype your password in all lower-case characters.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click OK to exit.
  6. From the File menu, select Exit to close Outlook.
  7. Restart Outlook.
