If you receive an Unfound Message Error screen while you are trying to access an offline email, it may have been deleted during another Email on the Web session. Instant On downloads new and read email from your Inbox during specified times throughout the day.
If you log into your Email on the Web account through another computer after one of those times and delete messages, they will appear in the Offline mailbox but will not be accessible. If you do click on the link for a delete messages, the Unfound Message Error screen will appear informing you that this message is no longer available to view. Please ensure that when you delete messages, you will not need them in the future, as they cannot be recovered.
