NetZero HiSpeed Account Not Detected

Instant On and Connect on Demand are currently only available for NetZero HiSpeed subscribers. If you have a NetZero HiSpeed account, check to ensure that the correct Member ID and Password are in the sign in screen as these features run for the last account to sign on through the BlueLight Internet software.
