Why can't some recipients receive attachments I send to them?

Members using BlueLight Internet's version 1.49 or lower cannot receive attachments. These members will need to upgrade to BlueLight Internet's version 2.0 or higher in order to receive attachments. You can download the most recent version of BlueLight Internet here.
