Adding an Address to your Address Book (Juno 5.0) To add an email address to your Address Book yourself in Juno 5.0: - Open your Address Book.
- Click New Name.
- In the New Name window, type the email address in the Email address box.
- In the Nickname box, type a keyword that will help you to remember this person. Nicknames are not case-sensitive, must be unique, and cannot contain commas (,), semi-colons (;), or parentheses ().
- Under Name, type the person's first name in the First name box. This information appears in the Name column of your Address Book.
- In the Last name box, type the person's last name. This information appears in the Name column of your Address Book.
- Click OK to close the window or click Show Contact Information to add contact information for this Address Book entry.
- Under Contact Information, type the person's phone number in the Phone box. This information appears in the Phone column of your Address Book.
- In the Birth date box, type the person's birthday.
- In the Address box, type the person's mailing address.
- Click OK.
To add an email address to your Address Book yourself in Juno 2.0, 3.0, or 4.0: - Open your Address Book.
- Click New Name.
- In the New Name window, type the following:
- The person's first name in the First name box. This information appears in the Name column of your Address Book.
- The person's last name in Last name box. This information appears in the Name column of your Address Book.
- The person's email address in the Email address box. Email addresses must follow the <username>@<domainname> format. For example, help@juno.com.
- A keyword that will help you to remember this person in the Alias box. Aliases are case-insensitive, must be unique, and cannot contain commas (,), semi-colons (;), or parentheses ().
- Click OK
