Error - Juno's central computers could not be accessed using the number(s) in the current dialing profile (Juno 5.0)

This message will most likely appear after you have upgraded to a new version of Juno. You can fix the problem by forcing Juno to update the access number list manually.

To do this in Juno version 2.0 or higher:

  1. Exit Juno.
  2. Click the Windows Start button and select Find, then Files or Folders.
  3. Set the Look In box to C:\
  4. Type dialprof.nv in the Named box, then click Find Now.
  5. When the file is found, click on it once to select it and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
  6. Type pop.nv in the Named box, then click Find Now.
  7. When the file is found, click on it once to select it and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
  8. Open Juno.
  9. When you click Get New Mail, Juno will prompt you to download a new access number list and select new access numbers.
