Error - Juno's central computers could not be accessed using the number(s) in the current dialing profile (Juno 5.0) This message will most likely appear after you have upgraded to a new version of Juno. You can fix the problem by forcing Juno to update the access number list manually. To do this in Juno version 2.0 or higher: - Exit Juno.
- Click the Windows Start button and select Find, then Files or Folders.
- Set the Look In box to C:\
- Type dialprof.nv in the Named box, then click Find Now.
- When the file is found, click on it once to select it and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
- Type pop.nv in the Named box, then click Find Now.
- When the file is found, click on it once to select it and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
- Open Juno.
- When you click Get New Mail, Juno will prompt you to download a new access number list and select new access numbers.
