Why do I see ads when I use my Juno Platinum service? (Juno 5.0)

Because Juno provides services to over 10 million registered subscriber accounts (and growing), we find it necessary to support our efforts through advertising. As magazines and broadcast television use ads to cover the cost of providing you with articles and TV programs, our sponsors help cover some of the costs of providing our services to you.

We do, however, recognize the value of our premium service members and have started a different advertising plan for our Juno Platinum members. We have made a concerted effort to limit the number of advertisements sent to our Juno Platinum members. For example, you will receive fewer ads from Juno through email each month than our Free Internet service members receive.

Our goal is to make the advertising you see different from the advertising you typically see in other media. We try to make the ads both more useful to you and more valuable to our sponsors by addressing your particular wants and needs as you describe them in the Member Profile. In addition to being geared towards your personal tastes, the advertising on Juno is designed to be visually appealing and interactive. Although we cannot always please everyone, we would like to know if you have thoughts on a specific ad. Please email us your comments and suggestions to feedback@support.mybluelight.com.
